Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since every CustoGiftHub piece is custom-made to your specifications, our refund and cancellation policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work. We want you to be completely satisfied, and we're committed to fair and transparent handling of all concerns.

1. Cancellation Before Production

Before mockup approval

Full 100% refund of advance paid. No questions asked.

After mockup approval but before production starts

80% refund of advance paid. 20% retained towards design and consultation effort.

2. Cancellation After Production Starts

Once resin work has begun, the process is irreversible. The original items are embedded in resin and cannot be retrieved. Therefore:

After production has started

No refund is possible. The advance and any subsequent payments are non-refundable at this stage.

3. Damaged or Defective Pieces

If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturing defect (cracked resin, loose mounting, etc.):

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.
  • We will assess the damage and offer a free remake or repair at our discretion.
  • If a remake is not feasible, we will offer a full refund.
  • The damaged piece must be returned to us for assessment (return shipping paid by us).

4. What Is Not Covered

The following are inherent to handcrafted resin art and are not considered defects:

  • Minor air bubbles within the resin (a natural characteristic of hand-poured resin)
  • Slight colour shifts in preserved flowers (natural oxidation during the curing process)
  • Variations from the digital mockup (mockups are indicative, not exact replicas)
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery (dropping, exposure to extreme heat, etc.)

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account).
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

6. Modifications to Orders

Minor modifications (size change, add-on changes) can be accommodated before production starts. Price adjustments, if any, will be communicated and must be agreed upon. Modifications after production has begun are not possible.
