Shipping Policy

Every CustoGiftHub piece is a fragile work of art. We take extraordinary care in packaging and shipping to ensure your resin piece arrives in perfect condition.
1. Delivery Coverage
We ship across all of India via trusted courier partners. We currently do not offer international shipping.

* Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement. Production takes 7–14 working days additionally.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are included in the quoted price for most orders.
- For oversized or heavy pieces (above 5 kg), additional shipping charges may apply. These will be communicated before payment.
- Expedited shipping is available on request at an additional cost.
3. Packaging Standards
Resin art is delicate and requires premium packaging. Every piece is shipped with:
- Multi-layer bubble wrap surrounding the entire piece
- Foam corner protectors for rectangular and square pieces
- Rigid corrugated outer box with “FRAGILE” markings
- Thermocol / styrofoam inserts to prevent movement during transit
- Silica gel packets to protect against moisture during monsoon season
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time on the courier partner's website.
5. Shipping Your Items to Us
For preservation orders, you need to ship your original items (flowers, photos, jewelry, etc.) to us. Please follow these guidelines:
- Flowers / Garlands: Keep in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or add water. Ship within 2–3 days of the event for best results. Use a sturdy box with tissue paper or newspaper padding.
- Photographs: Place between two pieces of cardboard, secured with tape. Mark the package “DO NOT BEND”.
- Jewelry / Small Items: Wrap individually in bubble wrap or cloth. Place in a small box or padded envelope.
* The cost of shipping items to us is borne by the customer. We can help arrange a pickup in select cities — ask us on WhatsApp.
6. Damage During Transit
In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging. It may be needed for the insurance claim.
- Photograph the damage (the piece and the outer packaging) immediately.
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will initiate a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
