1. Nature of Service

CustoGiftHub is a custom handcrafted resin art service. Each piece is made to order based on the items and photographs you provide. Important points to understand:

• This is preservation, not restoration. Items are encased in resin in their current condition. We do not repair, alter, or enhance the original items.
• Each piece is handcrafted and unique — minor variations in finish, bubble placement, and resin texture are natural characteristics, not defects.
• Colours of preserved items (especially flowers) may naturally shift slightly during the resin curing process. This is inherent to resin art and not a manufacturing defect.

2. Order Process

1. Inquiry Submission — You submit an inquiry via our website form or WhatsApp with details of items you wish to preserve.
2. Consultation — We discuss your requirements, suggest suitable sizes and shapes, and provide a price quote.
3. Mockup Approval — We create a digital mockup of the proposed design for your approval.
4. Advance Payment — Upon mockup approval, a 50% advance of the quoted price is required to begin work.
5. Crafting — We handcraft your piece. This takes 7–14 working days depending on complexity.
6. Balance Payment & Shipping — We share photos/videos of the finished piece. The remaining 50% is due before shipping.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• A 50% advance is required to commence work. The advance is calculated as exactly half of the quoted price.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, before the piece is shipped.
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods communicated during order confirmation.
• Prices are valid for the specific order and may vary for future orders based on size, complexity, and materials.

4. Item Handling & Risk

• You are responsible for shipping your original items (flowers, photographs, jewelry, etc.) to us in proper packaging.
• We handle all items with utmost care. However, due to the delicate nature of dried flowers and aged items, we cannot guarantee that items will remain in their exact original state during handling and preservation.
• We are not liable for damage to items caused by improper packaging by the customer during transit to us.
• Original items cannot be returned once they have been encased in resin, as the process is irreversible.

5. Timeline & Delivery

• Standard production time is 7–14 working days from the date of advance payment and receipt of items.
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to material curing requirements, complexity of the piece, or shipping logistics.
• We do not offer same-day, next-day, or rush delivery services.
• You will be informed of your estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to photograph finished pieces and share them on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish your piece to be used for promotional purposes, please inform us at the time of order placement. All designs, content, and creative assets on this website are the intellectual property of CustoGiftHub.

7. Limitation of Liability

CustoGiftHub's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to sentimental value of preserved items.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
